Saddam Hussein interprets peace movement as support

The Washington Post reports that the mass peace protests and the obstruction in the Security Council have given Hussein a feeling of greater security. As a result, he has abandon cooperation he had earlier provided or promised to provide. Just more evidence that this dictator only responds to force and threats of same.
